shoulders hurt like crazy, i cant arch my back. arms still sore yep.
so todae actually i felt horrible in the morning and all of us didnt want to go.
but in the end we did. it was quite an enjoyable. it was all the dance steps thingy without the tubas!
hehe anything but the tuba. with wad muscles we got now its a nono.
so after band i went to macs with hema and judee. haiz. time to relax muscles.
